April 16th 8:19 AM: Bailiwick Bridge, Water is backed up from Beagle Club Bridge to the Bailiwick Bridge creating a lake,
Slight whitewater indicating pressure behind bridge. Bridge Railing upstream is showing damage. Crown of road on bridge almost dry.
